Acorns Naturist Retreat - Devon's Cream of Naturism!
Looking for Acorns Naturist Retreat? Imagine driving down meandering and empty (apart from sheep!) country lanes between Dartmoor and Exmoor. The lanes get narrower and you suddenly come across a secluded farmhouse. You've arrived!
Andy and Kathy Eke have had the foresight to open Devons only naturist retreat at Creacombe Parsonage Farm. The farm, which has records dating back to 1601, is situated in 13 acres of beautiful countryside with outstanding views across the fields towards Dartmoor.
This is the view you would get if you stayed in one of the two mobile homes situated in the garden.
Both mobile homes have one double bedroom, one twin/double bedroom, plus a pull out double sofa bed, so are capable of sleeping 6 people. Each has its own showering and cooking facilities, T.V., and outside eating area.
The farmhouse is full of character. There are two double rooms and one single for bed and breakfast. There is also a guests dining area and lounge. Back out in the garden there is a lovely secluded
area with a goldfish pond and a hot tub that is definitely not to be missed. Had it not been for the fact that we had to drive back to Penzance we would have spent a lot longer in there!
The garden leads out to the the first of the fields where it is possible to camp. Acorns is now able to accept touring caravans and campervans as well as tents and has new toilet and shower facilities open for 2009 along with electric hook up points available. There is also a 33ft.x 18ft. above ground swimming pool.
Should you wish to venture out there are many really good walking areas on both Dartmoor and Exmoor. Naturist beaches can also be found on the north and south coasts, about an hours drive away. But why leave? You will probably decide just to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the naturist lifestyle in idylic surroundings.

There are a variety of plants and shrubs in the garden including wisteria, honeysuckle and passion flowers. There is also an abundance of wildlife in the area.
