Cortijo Chaparro is situated on the edge of the beautiful Subbetica Natural Park in rural Andalucia.

Situated on a hillside, and surrounded by olive, almond and hundred year old oak trees, you can sunbathe and enjoy the magnificent panoramic views across the valleys and mountains.

The villa keeps its old Spanish farmhouse appeal, whilst integrating all modern facilities.

On the first floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms (one bedroom can be changed to a twin on request).

There is another double bedroom on the ground floor also with a bathroom.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has an electric hob, microwave oven and fridge.

The living room has a television, DVD player and a lending library of books, DVD's and games.

Cortijo Chaparro has double glazing, central heating throughout, and free WIFI is included.

A patio door leads from the living area onto a private outside patio area with stunning views of the pool and valley.

Take advantage of the BBQ/woodburning pizza oven for a lazy lunch or evening barbeque.

There is a large private pool which is accessed by roman steps, a sunbathing terrace, sandy beach terrace and a pretty courtyard. These have wonderful views over the olive groves to the mountains.

Should you wish to venture away from Cortijo Chapparo, the local village of Fuentes De Cesna is only two kilometres away.

Also a short drive away is the hillside town of Iznajar with its stunning views over the lake which has a beach area, watersports centre and two beach bars.

Should you wish to eat out there is a good selection of restaurants here.

The town has a castle, two large churches and old cobbled streets to explore.

There are many historical towns and villages in the area with a variety of castles and churches to explore. Also, a visit the the Tapas bars is a must!

Being next to the Subbetica Natural Park also makes the area ideal for a wide variety of outdoor experiences such as walking, cycling and photography.

It should be noted that, because of its seclusion, a car is essential.
