Villa Haute L'Oseraie

Haute L'Oseraie has three bedrooms and sleeps six to eight people. It is ideal for a family holiday or a naturist group. The villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped throughout with private heated swimming pool and pool house which is equipped with a large barbecue, dining table, cooking and eating equipment. There is also a changing room with WC and a solar shower. A heated pool means that you can take advantage of the fabulous French weather from early April to the end of October. Set in almost two acres of grounds the villa has a large covered terrace with sofa's, chairs, etc to relax in the shade, should you need to escape from the sun. There are also sun loungers, hammocks and beds. The garden itself has many quiet nooks, sun-bathing areas and shady spots.

The interior of Haute L'Oseraie is furnished, equipped and decorated to the highest standard creating a very luxurious home from home designed to be enjoyed at any time of the year. There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and also a mezzanine containing two large sofas which form two single beds. The large family bathroom has a big power shower/steam cabinet, vanity unit with inset basin, cupboard and drawers and a bidet. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday. Other facilities for guest use include a washing machine and tumble dryer. |  |  |  |  |
The living Room has a beautiful dining room with table to seat 10-12 and a large fireplace should you decide to stay during the winter. There is a large comfortable lounge with leather furniture, 42" plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV, iPod dock, all to play through the home cinema surround sound system. Above the lounge, the mezzanine is set up as a 'chill-out zone', with large leather sofas, TV, Playstation and a selection of games and books.
Should you wish to venture away from Haute L'Oseraie, you are only ten minutes drive from the local historic town of Decize with shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets. There is also a nearby golf course and the opportunity to go canoeing, fishing, cycling and swimming. If you want to forget the car whilst you are on holiday then the villa is located on the edge of the village of Charrin where there is a bar/tabac/shop with limited provisions where you can order bread to collect daily, and there is also a post office. Friday night is Pizza night at the bar where the Pizza van spends the evening making fresh pizza's to order.
