The Summit Rainforest Retreat is located in the Cairns Highlands, also known as the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland, Australia.

Situated on the summit of an extinct volcano and commanding the highest point in Atherton, the retreat is five wonderful acres of naturist paradise.

There are three types of accommodation available for your naturist holiday.

There is the one bedroom apartment which is perfect for singles, couples, families, or maybe as an annex for a group staying in the larger Retreat.

Guests staying in the Apartment are able to enjoy the heated pool & spa on the huge entertainment deck, which includes a poolside TV, BBQ, refrigerator, bar, 180 degree views and open fireplace.

This will enable guests to cook and relax at poolside, having the advantages of quality boutique accommodation without paying for the entire Retreat.

The sleeping accommodation consists of a King bedroom and two bunkbeds in the living area. There are magnificant Mabi rainforest views from your bedroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, toaster, frying pan and micro-wave.

There are also full laundry facilities including washing machine, wash tub, clothes drier and clothes line.

There is a large bathroom, with separate shower & toilet.

The lounge area has a TV and Austar satellite TV and there is also a dining area within this room.

The luxurious Summit Rainforest Retreat can be arranged into a three, four or five-bedroom holiday house sleeping up to sixteen people.

There are five bedrooms, four of which have private ensuites. The rooms can be designed to suit your requirements into king/twin or queen. The fifth bedroom has two single and two double bunks, ideal for children.

As well as central heating and cooling, the house has ceiling fans in all rooms.

There is a sound system and Satellite "AUSTAR" box & TV in the lounge area of the house and there is also satellite TV access in each bedroom and on the deck.

The spacious kitchen has all modern appliances. 

The large front deck has a magnificent open log fireplace and the heated pool & spa located on the front deck.

As well as for large groups of family or friends, the Retreat would be an ideal location for a Naturist Club holiday as it has a Boutique conference, meeting or seminar room.

Situated next to an Environmental Park and surrounded by Mabi Rainforest, privacy is assured and native wildlife abounds.

The Summit is at the heart of all the Atherton Tablelands/Cairns Highlands attractions & activities.

Nothing is more than a thirty minute drive, you are very central.

It is also very convenient for a variety of top class restaurants. However, at your request, an experienced Chef can be provided, to cook "in house" for you, or Nicks Swiss Italian Restaurant can arrange delivery. Both options are available at an extra cost.

Whether it is a Ka Huna massage or Swedish Remedial Massage, available on site, or possibly an environmental walk through the native “Mabi Rainforest”, or maybe take advantage of the private access to the Hallorans Hill lookout, it would be impossible to leave Summit Rainforest Retreat anything other than totally rejuvenated.
