Visited this week on a glorious sunny day which changed my outlook on this beach, it looked and felt terrific. Only two other naturists on the beach at the time and three or four textiles, with the usual passing walkers on the coast path, no problems.

Swan Lake by: Anonymous
Can any one tell me is Swan Lake is still a Naturist Beach....also wondering if any one has been to the Tything Barn of late...
I recently spent a few Days at Freshwater West which does appear to be a mixed beach with textiles and non textile. The area to the right of the beach amongst the rocks is the better part of the beach...August 2011

Swanlake Beach and Marloes Sands by: Anonymous
I spent some hours at Swanlake yesterday and was not certain of its status as a Naturist beach, so covered up when there were other people nearby.
It is an excellent beach and there was only one other naturist at the far end near the rocks. It is a pleasant walk along the Coast Path from Manobier but should not be tackled by any one who is not 100% mobile as it is very steep and could be slippery in wet weather.
Marloes Sands near Dale is a huge expanse of unpopulated sand at low tide and naturism is fine. A better beach would be difficult to imagine but it disappears at high tide so care is involved.
