Vera Playa

Like many people our love affair with naturism began on the nudist beaches of the UK .
Studland Bay and Holkham to name but two.

The fabulous beaches of Fuerteventura were next as well as it's neighbour Lanzarote.
Although Linda was a bit doubtful,Vera Playa was earmarked as our first taste of naturism in a purpose built resort.

Early October saw us arrive at Murcia airport where we hired a car and set off to Vera.
Apart from the hassle of a flat tyre on the way we arrived at the resort in good time.

We met up with Genny who took us to our apartment and showed us around.
She then took her leave and invited us to meet her and her partner Dan at Tiggers bar when we had settled in.

As I said before Linda was a bit reticent about sitting around a table with other nudists.
She did not need to worry.

Within a couple of minutes of meeting Genny,Dan and their friends her sarong was cast aside and she had joined in with the conversations like she was a old hand.

Our apartment was in El Cano 2 block which is part of the Natsun complex. Our balcony gave us a lovely panoramic view back over the resort towards the hills of Almeria beyond.

The holiday was a complete success. We spent our days on the beach or around the superb pool at Natsun naked and relaxed. Towards the end of our week we could be seen walking naked through the streets of the resort not even bothering if we encountered textiles. Something that we would never have thought we would have the nerve to do.

On our return home we immediately booked for a return visit to VP the following year.
Naturism has opened up a door to a new lifestyle that we enjoy immensely.

So much so that Linda,who at first by her own admission was a little bit scared of communal nudity can't wait for our next naturist holiday. Try it. You'll love it.
