Family run Vritomartis Hotel and Bungalows, a Natustar member, is truly a hidden gem located on the unspoilt island of Crete in Greece.

It is a naturist paradise with stunning sea views in a beautiful environment.

Vritomartis combines modern facilities with traditional Cretan style and simplicity providing quality accommodation and excellent indoor and outdoor facilities.

There are 42 rooms in the main building and 43 bungalows all with a bathroom, balcony or terrace and air-conditioning. There are also those little extras that make a holiday, such as a mini fridge, satellite tv, hair dryer, free internet access, music and a telephone.

The breakfast and dinner buffet are taken in the lovely hotel restaurant which also serves traditional Greek and International cuisine.

Once every fortnight local musicians and dancers are invited to perform Cretan dances in the beautiful setting of the bar veranda.

There is also live International music and dancing on the bar terrace three nights a week.

The outside facilities include a 25 metre swimming pool with a pool bar and taverna, a children's pool and playground, a floodlit tennis court, boules, a volleyball court and table tennis. It is also possible to take part in naturist boat trips, scuba diving, kayaking and walking excursions. You will never find yourself bored here!

It is possible to walk there naked but if you are feeling lazy there is a shuttle service run by the resort.

There is a snack bar on the beach as well as sunbeds and umbrellas.

You can decide whether you want to just relax in the peace and quiet of this beautiful resort or perhaps take part in some activities. Maybe the more adventurous might like to explore the unspoilt, natural region with its gorges, mountains, rich plant life and charming small villages. The choice is yours!
