Bievenue a La Grande Cosse and the Mediterranean Sun!You will find the secluded naturist village and Natustar member 'La Grande Cosse' nestling between the wooded hills of the Massif de La Clappe and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It is situated halfway between Beziers and Narbonne in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon, the southernmost region of France.
The pitches are large, grassy and comfortable and you find yourself surrounded by an abundance of wildflowers and shrubs - all ingredients for a peaceful holiday! The facilities at La Grande Cosse include a supermarket (Fresh bread and newspapers everyday!), a bar with TV and a restaurant. There are two swimming pools and a fitness room. In fact the facilities are so extensive that you do not need to leave the site unless of course you wish to go sight-seeing! And there is plenty to see if you do decide to venture out. Visit the local vineyards and traditional French markets where it is possible to sample the Languedoc wine and products typical of the area. Throughout July and August there are many organised activities to suit everyone! These include wine-tasting, fishing trips, boules, volleyball, canoeing.....and the list goes on!

This beautiful naturist 'domain' of 50 hectares covers an entire valley which includes a stream, a small lake, meadows, 14 hectares of forest and of course an abundance of wildflowers.

is an ancient manorial farmhouse and barns with a spacious bar, restaurant and library. This provides a lovely backdrop to the heated pool, illuminated by night, which has a large surrounding terrace great for a spot of sunbathing!

One of the highlights of the week, in high season, is pizza day each Tuesday. The wood is gathered from the forest in the morning by the children (and some adults!)into the big farm cart and then the fire is lit early afternoon in the original bread oven. The dough is made by the children and then anyone who has ordered pizzas can make up their own ready to be baked in the oven - fantastic!
