Rostock Germany

Just after the Berlin wall came down we visited Rostock which is in the northern part of what used to be East Germany. We found a lovely long beach that seemed to go for miles. After a few seconds it was very apparent that all the occupants of the beach were naked and sitting in dips in the sand. I sat down on the sand and I proceeded to take off my clothes as everyone else. My wife is not as adventurous as myself and to this day will go topless on a naturist beach but will not go fully naked. This causes no problem on the beaches but I feel a bit suppressed in that this makes it very difficult for me to interact with other naturists and a naturist holiday would be out of the question.

Never mind back to the story. Well we had been there for a while and this rather large gentleman and his family sat near to us. He proceeded to blow up an airbed and place the bung in it. No sooner than he had done this a gust of wind blew the bed down the beach. Not thinking I ran after the bed and dived on it some 100 m further on. I walked back with the bed just like a comedy strip with it hiding my parts and was a bit reluctant to give it to the man's son who had followed me. I did and just walked with my head straight in front until I got back to my wife who was in fits of laughter.

I have been on a number of beaches abroad and when booking a holiday search for naturist beaches near to where we are staying. although my wife doesn't go naked she doesn't have a problem with nudity and is quite happy to go with me to the naturist beaches
