Jan swimming at Creuse Nature Almost since we could walk, sport and health have always been important factors for Jan and I. We have both been heavily involved in sport since childhood, and I taught Physical Education for twenty years.

We have always tried to keep fit and eat well in order to gain the greatest benefit from the sports that we have been involved in.
