I went down to the beach at Bygdoy peninsula near Oslo and saw lots of people with their clothes off, a mass of nakedness. At first I was shocked. I decided to go over and see if I felt comfortable. I sat down and had some lunch fully clothed as normal, then I thought if they can do it , I can. So I stood up, stripped off, and I must admit it felt very liberating even though I noticed other people looking, but it was ok, I know I am quite attractive.
I eventually managed to walk down to the beach past hundreds of naked people and it felt fine. I am now a converted nudist and have enjoyed nudist experiences in Cuba and New Zealand.
